Trading Cardio for Cosmos is a health & wellness blog providing encouragement, support, recipes and FUN for men and women looking to lose weight, get healthy or looking to live their lives more positively.
Trading Cardio for Cosmos was created in 2015 by Alexis Eggleton. Alexis has lost more than -110lbs with Weight Watchers, while never losing her sunny disposition and gift of gab! Alexis has a professional background in PR, marketing and resource development, so she knows how to inspire others while engaging them at whatever stage they’re in in their own lives.
Trading Cardio for Cosmos was named to the “50 Most Inspiring Weight Loss Blogs You’ve Probably Never Heard Of,” and in 2016 Alexis is one of fifty men and women named “Ambassador” by Weight Watchers International.
Alexis has a loyal and devoted readership that trusts her opinions because she has lived and succeeded in her weight loss journey. Plus, she only works with brands that she herself utilizes. Join brands like SkinnyTaste, Enlightened Foods, Emily Bites, Fitpacker, Organize Yourself Skinny, Sweetflexx, Anchor Bay Entertainment and more, to partner in bringing your brand up close and personal with the Trading Cardio for Cosmos community. To discuss advertising options, giveaways, sponsored posts, brand ambassadorship and more, email Alexis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
