Trading Cardio for Cosmos was created in 2015 by Alexis Eggleton. Alexis has lost more than -110lbs with Weight Watchers, while never losing her sunny disposition and gift of gab! Alexis has a professional background in PR, marketing and resource development, so she knows how to inspire others while engaging them at whatever stage they’re in in their own lives.

Trading Cardio for Cosmos was named to the “50 Most Inspiring Weight Loss Blogs You’ve Probably Never Heard Of,” and in 2016 Alexis is one of fifty men and women named “Ambassador” by Weight Watchers International.
