Open-Faced Lobstah Rolls
Lobstah Rolls! 🦞
I love a cool lobster roll in the summer, and these open face lobstah rolls were so delicious!
I used the Skinnytaste lobster roll recipe because Gina is brilliant, and the only two changes I made were:
❇️ Using Hellmann’s olive oil mayo instead of low-fat mayo, because I think that helped the mayo/yogurt combo taste less tangy.
❇️ Serving it open faced on half a hot dog bun to cut down on the carbs/Points.
Each open-faced Roll is just 3 WW Points each – perfect for my brunch buffet!
