I have always been a big fan of seafood, shellfish and fish, ever since I was a little girl growing up in Roscoe, New York, AKA “Trout Town, USA!”
I left baiting the hook to my dad, but I was always fascinated with how they would stuff whole trout with fresh herbs and lemon slices and make the most delicious dinner!
Now I incorporate seafood into my menus at least two or three times a week, because it’s delicious but also because it’s such a low SmartPoint choice!
